Church Teams
1. Greeters Team
Big Smiles Needed! You are available on Sundays to help set up the Info Table and welcome people as they come to Elevate Church.
Time Commitment: 1.5 hours on Sunday (rotation possible)
2. Coffee Bar Team
A latte' of warmth! Help set up the Higher Grounds Coffee Bar and assist people with all the goodies. You also get to help welcome our guests.
Time Commitment: 1.5 hours on Sunday
3. Tech Team
Good with gadgets? Well maybe the Tech Team is where you can shine. We do everything with sound, lights, and video. Don't worry! We'll train you.
Time Commitment: 2 hours on Sunday (rotations), video varies
4. Administrative Team
This is for people who are 'behind the scenes' volunteers that love to do anything from publishing and creating to stapling and copying. You can even do it from home.
Time Commitment: varies (according to the task)
5. KidZone Team
If you love kids and love God, this may be your fit. Because safety is important to us, we require all volunteers who work with minors to take a risk management class and complete a background check.
- BabyZone
Take care of Elevate's VIP's (Very Infant People) in our BabyZone area. They learn the love of God through those who give them care and attention. This is one of the most important ministries in our church.
Time Commitment: 2 hours on Sunday (rotation)
-PreSchoolZone
We teach preschoolers to know about God through songs, crafts, and creative small group lessons.
Time Commitment: 2 hours on Sunday (rotation)
-KidZone
Kids will have fun, learn one big idea about God, and meet a few friends every week. There are also opportunities to help with the performance, small groups, and techy stuff.
Time Commitment: 2 hours on Sunday (rotation)
6. Worship Team
If you have a vocal or instrumental gift and you have a heart for worship, check us out. Each member of the worship team must be willing to interview and audition with the Worship Pastor.
Time Commitment: 2.5 hours on Sunday (rotational) and 2 hours practice 1 time per month
7. Awaken Student Ministries Team
Awaken is our ministry to teenagers 6th -12th grade. There are mulitple opportunities within this ministry including small groups, worship, events, camps, and outreaches. All you have to do is care about teenagers.
Time Commitment: 1.5 hours on Wednesday evenings - events and camps varies
Community Teams
1. Outreach Team
You can serve God by serving others. We are always reaching out in the park, neighborhoods, community events, carnivals, or at the schools. This is the heart of Elevate Church.
Time Commitment: Varies each month
2. VBX (Vacation Bible Xperience)
Time Commitment: 3 days in July
Around The World
Missions Team
Each year we reach around the world to help share the message of Christ through short-term missions trips. As we reach around the world, God will help us reach our community.
Time Commitment: 1 week per year
